Whatcould is the web design and development studio of David Reese, based in Madison, Wisconsin.

I build web applications. My work emphasizes clean design, usability, accessibility, and translating your human needs into technical solutions.

The technical details: I do rapid application development with Ruby on Rails, standards-based XHTML and CSS layout, and rich interaction and AJAX with modern javascript libraries.
